Mary Henderson has more than three decades of experience in healthcare reporting and analytics, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her career has been dedicated to designing and implementing business intelligence solutions in the healthcare sector. Mary has conducted in-depth analyses of cost, utilization, and healthcare benefit quality, serving a wide range of clients, including top U.S. employers, leading health plans, and large provider organizations.

Mary was the President of Health Data Management Solutions (HDMS), a subsidiary of CVS/Aetna. HDMS provided healthcare analytics solutions and consulting to employers, payers, and provider systems, both nationally and internationally. Following her time at HDMS, Mary served as Senior Vice President of Business Solutions at the American Medical Association. Her responsibilities included overseeing aspects like CPT licensing, provider credentialing products, and data management for the Physician Master File—a comprehensive database on physicians and healthcare professionals in the U.S.

Mary's most recent role was with Blue Health Intelligence (BHI), a Blues-owned company specializing in data analytics. As Executive Vice President at BHI, she managed sales, account management, and product development.

Mary is also a board member at the Healthcare Cost Institute, where her insights and expertise further contribute to the industry's development.

Mary holds a Ph.D. in health economics from Brandeis University and a BA in psychology from Temple University, graduating summa cum laude.

Maria Ferrera is a healthcare analytics consultant with over 25 years’ experience providing guidance to healthcare companies to further develop their analytic strategies and informed decision making. Her expertise includes evaluating infrastructure and analytic tools, measuring and demonstrating value (both clinical and financial) to customers, and advanced techniques such as machine learning and predictive models. She has the unique ability to blend technical knowledge with healthcare domain expertise.

Maria led the Enterprise Reporting and Data Science team at AbleTo, a telehealth company providing behavioral health services. Her team included data scientists and analysts who provided key analytics such as targeting algorithms identifying members who could benefit from BH services and to evaluate the outcomes of clinical programs.

Maria served as Vice President of BHI’s Analytic Consulting and Data Science team. Her team conducted a wide variety of projects for the entire Blue system from provider measurement to predictive modeling.

Maria has a MA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University.

Scott Guichard is a healthcare executive with advanced analytics and customer success expertise gained in his over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare and consulting industry. Scott has a broad background, from consulting both with small and large clients, as well as international engagements.

He also has extensive health tech start-up experience. He brought his health domain expertise to these early-stage companies to assist to determine market fit, inform product design, develop sales messaging and the building of a health analytics platform to facilitate benefit design, outcomes analysis and population health reporting for employers.

Most recently Scott restructured and grew a customer success team at a rapidly expanding start-up that connects and addresses social determinants of health with healthcare delivery. Prior to this role he spent 3 years as Director of Solutions Engineering at Artemis Health serving as the product expert for an analytics data platform for employers and brokers. He also consulted in the Korean and Qatar health systems bringing analytics best practices and processes to their market.

Scott has a Master of Public Health Behavioral Science & Health Education from Emory University and a BA from State University of New York at Buffalo.

Denise Zeman brings over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, business unit development, P&L management, and project and product management. Her career has seen her excel in various roles within the corporate landscape.

Starting her career at Hewitt Associates and Mercer Health & Benefits, Denise focused on designing, developing, and managing vendor procurement applications, including solutions for health plan eligibility and premium processing systems for mid-sized employer groups. Over the years, Denise has conducted detailed analyses of healthcare cost, utilization, and benefit quality for clients that include prominent U.S. employers, leading health plans, and large provider organizations. She has also been involved in key projects such as health plan renewals and vendor procurement initiatives.

Denise was Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer at CVS/Aetna-owned subsidiary Health Data Management Solutions (HDMS) overseeing administrative functions and operations. Following her time at HDMS, Denise was Vice President of Credible Health Product Portfolio at the American Medical Association where she led the re-design of essential tools like DoctorFinder as well as the management of CPT licensing and code development.

Denise's most recent role was as Vice President of Marketing at Blue Health Intelligence (BHI), where she brought her strategic expertise to the organization's marketing efforts.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors. Her extensive career showcases her commitment to making a positive impact in both the healthcare and business sectors.

Jon Rimbach brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare analytics across the payer, provider, and technology sectors. His adeptness marks his career in engaging clients through multiple facets of healthcare financial and clinical analytics, including provider reimbursement, population health, managed care risk, and employer group-focused analyses. Jon is a skilled communicator and leader, consistently driving impactful solutions in healthcare analytics.

Jon began his career managing the analytics team at Partners HealthCare System, where he provided revenue cycle and provider reimbursement analytic support to Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. He played a pivotal role in the PHS Price Rationalization Project, which normalized Gross Patient Revenue pricing levels across a five-entity hospital system. Jon also led Managed Care underpayment audits during his tenure, contributing to significant revenue recovery efforts.

Following his time at Partners HealthCare System, Jon served as Director of Health Plan Services at Health Data Management Solutions (HDMS), providing account management and analytic services to health plan clients. He was instrumental in implementing new health plan clients onto the HDMS platform. He led the HDMS component of a three-partner joint venture to provide healthcare technology infrastructure to the Qatari National Health Insurance Company.

Most recently, Jon was the Senior Director of Client Engagement at Blue Health Intelligence (BHI), where he engaged with health plan clients to utilize the Whyzen Analytics platform. His role involves leading business requirements gathering, strategizing with health plan analytics teams, and mentoring new Client Engagement Managers. Jon’s efforts have been vital in the success of custom interactive and static reporting content that meets market-specific needs, including COVID-related delayed care analyses and network performance analytics.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he graduated Cum Laude. His extensive experience and dedication to healthcare analytics underscore his commitment to driving innovation and excellence in the healthcare industry.
